More lore can be found on the official lore document.The Empire of Vulpa is an island nation ruled by the Imperialist party of Riaa. After the Riaan Civil War, the imperialists fled to the Vulpan islands while the nationalists took the mainland. The Vulpan islands declared themselves a separate country and split off from Riaan control. Established in 1895, They still retain the name of the Riaan Dynasty, but are referred to as the Vulpan Empire by the remainder of the world. They maintain a large fishing economy and rely on trade with the mainland to persist.
