WIKI CONTENT

  1. Don't edit for malicious purposes.
    • Vandalism is unacceptable and will result in a block.
    • Inserting links or files that crash your computer, actual viruses, IP grabbers, antivirus false-positive GIFs, files that crash your computer, etc.
  2. No vandalism.
    • Vandalism is inexcusable; there are no justifications for it or "accidental" vandalism. Any form of vandalism will be treated as an intentional attack.
    • Creating pages unrelated to the wiki, inserting inappropriate or irrelevant content to pages, or attempting to modify pages in any harmful way is considered vandalism.
    • The most common form of vandalism, blanking a page or removing massive parts of it, will result in an automatic block by the wiki's Abuse Filter. If you believe you were wrongfully blocked, contact a wiki admin.
  3. Use proper grammar and put in effort when editing a page.
    • Keep things neat and informative. If you need help with editing, message a wiki staff or content moderator on their message wall.
    • See the Wiki Regulations for more information.
  4. No reuploads of existing images.
    • Do not upload duplicates of existing images. You can view all uploaded images in the Gallery of new files here.

DISCUSSIONS

  1. No flooding.
    • No spam or flood the discussions, message walls. Messages with extended spaces or lines fall under this category.  Excessive copypasta text counts as flooding.
  2. No off-topic Posts
    • This includes posts unrelated to Centaura or the wiki. These may be subjected to automatic deletion without warning.
  3. Be respectful of others.
    • No racist, homophobic, sexist and otherwise derogatory comments. This includes the N-word and the F-slur. Any attempts to bypass these words will be treated as if being said.
    • Posting media for the sole purpose of causing people distress or damage will result in punishment as well.
    • Do not send unnecessary insults or antagonize others. No unironic bigotry. You are allowed to disagree but try not to be super toxic.
  4. No NSFW/NSFL (Not Safe For Work / Not Safe For Life)
    • NSFW/NSFL material includes but is not limited to: sexually explicit content, content promoting extremism or hateful ideologies, gore or extreme horror content, content promoting acts of violence or suicide, and fetish content of any kind.
    • NSFW imagery includes screenshots of weird/inappropriate messages from the in-game chat. Posting these screenshots is equivalent to posting the messages yourself. Users acting inappropriately in-game should be reported and blocked/kicked from the game.
    • Admins have the final say on what is considered inappropriate or not.
  5. No Degeneracy
    • This includes unhealthy levels of obsession of fictional characters of any kind.
    • Sexual jokes are considered as a form of degeneracy.
  6. Do not share too much information about your personal life.
    • Some topics about personal real-life events may be uncomfortable for others to read. Please keep excessive self-deprecation out of discussions when asked as it can be disruptive to others and is harmful to oneself. Appropriate punishment will be handed out depending on the situation.
    • If it is a serious issue, seek professional help. We are a wiki for a video game, not a therapist's clinic.
  7. Joking about serious topics is prohibited.
    • Jokes regarding tragic or traumatizing events is insensitive. You can still talk about serious topics, but you cannot joke about them or go in-depth.
  8. Alternate accounts are prohibited.
    • Do not attempt to bypass or clear your punishments in any way. You and your alternate accounts will be banned indefinitely.
  9. No in-depth discussion of outside drama
    • Do not bring in outside topics not related to the Centaura wiki. If it is related to the wiki and is considered serious, reach out to an administrator to discuss.

Terms of Use

All users on the Fandom network must always follow Fandom's Terms of Use. These terms are enforced by Fandom staff members who supersede this wiki's bureaucrats and admins in authority. If there is an issue with the site itself or a user has broken the Terms of Use, users should go to Special:Contact to speak with Fandom staff about the issue.

Conditions

Fair Use

All assets from galleries from the Centaura Community Discord are under the domain of the Centaura Community. This allows us to use your works for wiki uses under fair use. You will still be credited with the work if you want to.

File Policy

The Centaura Wiki adhere to Fandom's Terms of Use. Files must be respectful of its intended purpose and files unrelated to the wiki are forbidden. Files that are inappropriate, including sexually explicit, racist, or otherwise provocative images, are forbidden.

Punishment Policy

If you break any of the rules, you will be punished based on the severity of the act, but we will ban you indefinitely if we find you a general nuisance to the community or you are a repeat offender.
